A note on airspace
Parts of southeast Austin sit inside Austin-Bergstrom's controlled airspace, and downtown has altitude ceilings. We handle LAANC authorization before we arrive — it doesn't change your price and it rarely changes your window. In the handful of spots where authorization can't be granted, we'll call you, refund nothing (you weren't charged), and tell you straight.
